"Rumour has it that there will be major â??police activityâ? all over SA targeting bikers on the 31 August 2008. This â??police activityâ? will apparently be focused on the highways and routes that bikers usually ride. Apparently the Metro, SAPS, SANDF, emergency services, etc. will form part of this â??police activityâ?. If you are stopped and the bike does not display a number plate AND licence disk, the bike will be impounded and the rider will be arrested. Cry foul and shout unlawful arrest â?? you will spend the night in jail and appear in court on Monday morning. But like I said â?? apparently rumour has itâ?¦ (Apparently the word apparently is overused, but it is apparently used because this is apparently a rumour, as apparently stated somewhere elseâ?¦)"
