Royal Enfield 500 classic anyone with mechanical knowledge

Hi guys just rebuild a royal enfield everythings perfect but its not getting any oil to the head.
Do anyone know the channel of oil feed to the head down in the bottom end pressure is perfect but no feed to the channel leading up to the head.
I cant see how the oil is supposed to be pumped up this channel when i blow down the channel from the above it blows out by the Oilfeed of the cam follower?
