Not sure if this is the right board for this post, but here goes...
I acquired a new Kawasaki KLX 450R from Russel and the boys less than 2 weeks ago, and I have been impressed with their service thus far....
After dealing with KTM for 4 years (must add that their service has improved in the last 3 months), and Honda (where I looked at actually buying the CRF450X, and spending about 15 minutes inspecting the bike on the floor at Illovo Honda, and not ONE salesman approaching me to ask if he can be of service), RCR's service has been brilliant!!
Walked out of Honda Illovo straight to RCR where I was immediately served and treated as a valued customer. Adding to that, I managed to bend the header pipe on my first ride. Clinton ordered a new one and since it had not arrived before the weekend ( went to de Wildt), I was given a loan pipe for the weekend untill the new one arrived... Try and get this right at Honda!!!!!!
