SA Streetmaps vs. Topo & Rec

Can anybody confirm the following:

Does Topo & Rec have all the Streetmap info and roads etc. plus the contour cartography. In other words, if you use Topo & Rec it is not necessary to load Streetmaps to your unit as well, unless you want a less cluttered view?
