Sachs (all models)
Hey all you great people, I have a strange little bike for sale, the Saches Madass 125. I find that itâ??s a strange little creature in that people either love it, or hate it. Wherever I go I get someone coming up to me asking about it. Is it a bicycle? Where is the tank? Etc. Suffice to say something made me fall in love with its weird and almost futuristic design. It was my first bike ever, that at age 24, I do love her and have only put 600kmâ??s on her clock, she is not fully run in yet, and only needs her first basic service at 1000kmâ??s. She is more than able to keep up with traffic and her nimbleness has yet to be beaten. You can park her on a sidewalk and take up no more room than the bicycle next to her.
So why sell her you ask? Well I would like to move up a little in terms of power, I am not a tiny guy, 6ft 4 and would like the option of going onto the highway. I need to part with her for a bit of cash towards the next bike.
If you have a son or daughter who wants a neck turner of a bike to go to school on, or you just want something ultra economical to run between the traffic, well then she is for you. I bought her for R15 000. If you want to PM me with some offers, I am open to all sorts of negotiations. I would like to get R9-10K I hope I can find her a good home, I would love to keep her just cause I feel a strange connection with my first bike, but finances dictate I must let her go if I want something else. Let me know! By the way I think I am going to be joining the ranks of Kawasaki KLR 650 riders, value for money .. seems like your getting a bullet proof good all rounder. But I will post in the other topics asking for advice and I suppose I should also take some time to introduce myself at some point! :) Well... I hope one of you can offer her a good home.
