We traveled up from Durbs on Friday on some really cool back roads to Himmeville & stayed at the Himmeville Hotel. Satureday saw us nursing ourselves up a very rainy and muddy and foggy Sani Pass. Well worth it at the end

On the entertainment side: Himmeville Arms is the place to be.Let me tell you that place rocks!! Friday was really packed in terms of people but it was on Saturday Night we met the S&M team. Need I say more! I  had my first handgrenade ever!! Well it aint called that for nothing. Next morning I was being told by my mate how the hangrande blew up in his face and at 6 in the morning that was very funny!! So nowo I was up and what to do?

I went for ride before breakfast down the "Sani Saunter" towards Kockstad. What a beautifully place and the ride at that time in the morning AWSOME!!. Sorry I left my camera back at the hotel tough.

Welcome to the Dogs...  :thumleft:

Sheez, just joined today and already a RR!  Well Done!

I still think it's amazing that I meet a guy, in Himmeville, who was in my matric class when I went into Std 6 in Somerset West in 1979!  Pretty awesome!    :thumleft:

It was a super evening!  Could not forget the antics if I tried!

nice one  :thumleft:

i love the himeville arms - awesome place  :ricky:

Malibu, you're from Somerset West....Geeze...I know quite a few people from that neck of the woods...mainly from the mountain biking fraternity over the years. The name Michelle Bone ring a bell?

EssBee, no, don't remember that name... but I left the area abput '83... just back now and again between trips...

Names that far back are difficult to remember...  :-\
