I need to get a pair of boots for general purpose adventure riding, and I have looked at the BMW Santiago boot which looks pretty good at R3,100, I want the usual toe, ankle, shin protection, as waterproof as possible, comfortable and long lasting etc.
My question is, I see quite a few other similar boots (Fly, Forma, etc) for up to R1,500 less than the BM's, is it worth spending the R3k or will a R1,5k pair be just as good?
