Is there really such a big difference between Honda & BMW pertaining to maintenance/service costs, in general.
Lots of different opinions are out there, KTM I cannot comment on as I only had it for a year.
I want to get back into riding again. My options:
‘23 BMW R1250GS TE, 9K on the clock
‘23 Honda ATAS - New
50K purchase price difference between the two.
Previous bike KTM1290 was awesome.
Handling 2 up riding, durability and longevity is important. I know any bike can give a problem, not unbreakable.
If I buy now, I must hang on to it, no more buying and selling as the ass itches….and unfortunately, I have to keep my wallet in mind.
Some inout from current owners would be appreciated.
