Shipping household goods to and from SA. recommendations please.

hi, with all the comings and goings [mostly goings] the shipping companies must be awfully busy, can anyone recommend one that was really good with the documents and related fanfare . i would prefer to use a south African company. currently in the uk but shipping about one third of a large container back to mossel bay.
