KTM 640 Adventure
2003 KTM 640 Adventure. Currently licensed with all paperwork in order. Everything on this bike works. Asking R37 500

Extras include Hyde bash plate, luggage racks, handle bar bag, 2 x USB charging plugs with voltmeter that replaced the original Hella plug (which I still have), side stand as well as a center stand and an Akrapovic rear silencer (with the DB killer currently installed)

Engine bearings replaced at 26k (Clutch pushrod bearing looked worn and to replace that the cases needed to be split. While the engine was apart, we replaced all internal bearings and inspected everything else). Replaced the clutch slave seal and did oil and filters.

Starter motor rebuilt at 29k (New brushes and checked bearings and bushes)

Carb completely rebuilt at 30k (New slide, slide guide, needle, emulsion tube and float assembly including float valve)

Just after the carb was rebuilt, I fitted a new DID O-ring chain and sprockets (16/42) as well as a new rear tyre (Goldentyre GT201 50/50 140/80-19) in preparation for a trip. It has only done 650km  Front tyre is a Continental TKC80 90/90-21. I also replaced oil and filters (OEM KTM filters used)

I have an assortment of spares for the bike as per the photos
- High Fender with fork guards
- Original KTM aluminium sump guard
- 2 sets spare headlight protectors
- 2 spare indicators
- Spare front and rear tubes and tyre levers
- Aluminium wheel spanner (Fits front and rear)
- Some extra bearings that were bought when the engine was apart
- New fork bushes
- Set of rear spokes and nipples (original KTM) Front was done a while ago and I never got around to doing the rear.
- Front wheel bearings and seals
- Tank graphics
- Spare spark plug and plug socket with KTM spark plug holder
- Tow rope
- LED headlight globe
- Owners manual and all the receipts for the work that has been done since I owned the bike
- A mixture of other bits and pieces
- Brad Harris plug fitted to the battery for connecting a trickle charger or for jumpstarting

I will include a pair of Alpinestars Tech 8 (Size 11)
