I never owned a trailer as I ride a Yamaha :laughing4:,
But moving from Brakpan to Riversdal I had to get a trailer to move the bikes and some of my tools. So I bought this trailer. Used it for the move and now it must go.
The trailer is not galvanized, but it is painted with Hammerite type paint.
It is not a home-built trailer but was bought from a company making trailers. Can check on the nameplate. Just cannot remember it now.
The box in front, deck and the wheel arches are alu. checkered plate.
The trailer hinges just before the wheels. This is done by means of a hand winch fitted at the back.
You remove two pins and jack the loadbed down and up with the winch.
It has 14 inch wheels. One spare wheel and another bracket for another spare on the other side.
Also a 25mm frame that you can bolt on to make it a trailer to carry stuff.
I used it to move my stuff from Brakpan to Riversdal in 3 trips.
It has 3 of those front wheel brackets to secure the bikes. Also a few eyelet bolts to strap things down.
I would like to get R 18 500.00 for it. Licence up to date and on the road.
