I am selling my 2000 F650 GS Dakar. I have upgraded to a 800 and she is too big for the wife to ride on our terrible roads. This bike was for sale on the forum a while back. I stopped the sale as the wife said she would try and get used. She has tried and decided that a smaller bike is the way to go.
I recently bought The Dakkie from a guy who used her to commute to work and back between JHB and Pretoria. He has upgraded to a 1200
It has 113000km on and still running sweet.
The bike is in good condition with no obvious issues
The last service @ 112000km was done by Motorrad Tech. The front shock oil seals have just been replaced and the rear shock has been servised.
I painted the front cover and and replaced a broken brake lever.
There is a scratch on the rear plastic panel, hand guards and exhaust “protector”
It has a center stand. I have taken her off to clean and paint.
Front tire 80%
Rear tire brand new with heavy duty tube
New battery
2 original spare sets of keys as well as manual
