Good day all,
I am selling my 2004 Yamaha FJR1300 tourer. Reason for selling is that I have bought an adventure bike again and cannot afford to keep both. It burns my arse having to avoid the gravel short cuts etc. on my rides.
I am the second owner, having bought the bike from a deceased estate three years ago. The guy was pedantic.
2004 model with 39538 on the clock.
Super smooth and in awesome running condition.
ABS
Electronically adjustable screen.
Original Yamaha panniers with inner bags.
Aftermarket top box.
Spare keys and owners manual.
New tyres fitted 500km ago.
Two brothers exhaust.
Fuel tank resin lined as it had a small weep.
Everything works.
The bike has never been dropped.
The bike is absolutely ready for the long road.
The bike does not have cruise control or heated grips.
The negatives:
Being on the coast, there is a bit of surface pitting on the forks, and the anodizing on the brake fluid reservoir is peeling.
The bike has the odd imperfection, to be expected, but there are no dings or dents.
Very occasionally, the bike won't start in gear, I suspect a sticky side stand switch.
The bike will be sold with COR
Bike cover will be included.
Asking price R65000.
0/8/1/7/5/9/0/1/3/2
The bike is in Port Shepstone KZN
