Someone with good knowledge about wr and yz450’s

Hi guys i need to know if you have a 07-09 wr with broken crank cases will 06-08 yf450f crankcases work.
I know the stator cover flywheel and crank of the wr is different but will i be ably to rebuild the wr motor on yz450f crankcases using only the two crank cases of the yz and the rest the wr parts
Reson is that its easy to get yz450f crank cases but you wont find a pair of wr crankcases and new you looking at 18K for a set for the wr450f
