Bought a DR650 this afternoon.

Looking for a duallie. Preferably 600/650cc.
I don't want a 250cc, 'cause I will be bored with it within a week. Want this bike to keep me happy for years to come.
I've sat on the older (mid-2000 model) KLR. Nice.
Used a DR650 for a few days (newer model). Loved it.
Haven't sat on the XT, but like the XT600e.
Location: Somerset West. Will travel, but can't go further than Worcester, unfortunately.
Budget: <R30k (which is the issue when it comes to the DR's and XT's).
Year: Preferably newer than 2000.
Must have a happy button. I don't fancy a shattered ankle.
Purpose: Commuting. At this stage, safe to say 90% tar. But there are PLENTY basic dirt roads on my way to work, so I might start making my 12km trip to work a 20km+ one
