Spare Tube...Which Size?

I spoke to Da Peeg the other day on which inner tube to buy.
But I can't remember which size to buy. Also where can I buy a good inner tube in Pta/Centurion & what's the average price on them?

Is there any particular brand of patches that you experience oukes would recommend.
