Slick
Pack Dog
So while the rest of the northern pack was getting vrot in Thabazimbi, the lighty and I headed off for a â??quickieâ? in our back yard-East of Pretoria. Lostdog, start holding your breath dude- our first report is up within a week. Started off down the Donkerhoek rd, fiddled around for a few pics and headed onto the railway rd towards Witpoort. Stunning light as the sun was setting and onto the rocks at Witpoort- as the sun was disappearing the 950 started feeling a tad heavyâ?¦..Eish!......Puncture! And no tyre weld in the bum bag. My photographer had to jog the last half kilometer or so to the Witpoort skool where we awaited our recovery team (missus) to come fetch. (not the first time)
Still a lekker ride- hope you enjoy
Thanks to Lostdog for guiding us through the posting process
The pilot and the photographer
Tierpoort road
The highveld is looking a bit bleak at this time of year
Fiddling around for the camera
Whoosh!
Incoming plane
Lighty and plane
No Eskimos at home
Finally.....a green tree
Just came over the top of this
Scorched earth
Luke on top of the mountain
The track down
Rocky descent
More rocks
Coal train heading for China
Light starting to fade
Bike feeling heavy. ..Eish....puncture
Recovery team(the boss)
