I am travelling through the old Transkei and have a problem with my 990. Stopped today ata roadblock and then she did not want to start again. Sounds like starter does not want to engage, just maikes a short oink and then cust out. I eventually runstarted her down a moerse downhill. Almost as if there is a dead spot on somewhere. Checked the battery, and the solinoid, all seems fine. Can anybody help? Gawie
