My plan is to head from Swaziland to Maputo and take the EN1 upto Chimoio, where i'll take the road up to Tete and then into Milawi.
I've heard that the area around Chimoio is not safe - but have not found much information to what that means?
Having traveled down the west coast of Africa through other countries which are considered not safe, you get a different perspective on safe when you understand the context of the warning. I don't have the understanding on what it means in Mozambique.
