I only just heard about this via the Everide youtube channel.
Riders all over the world are going to hit the road (or dirt) at exactly the same time: Saturday 1 August at 12:00 noon Paris time, which is also 12:00 noon here rather conveniently.
It's really aimed at motovloggers, and the theme is world peace, so the guys with cameras will record their rides while giving their 2c on world peace. It's a little sappy for my liking TBH but the idea of going for a ride at exactly the same time as soooo many other riders all over the world is prety cool. I'll have my camera rolling but won't be giving a voice-over
I have to go to the office on the East Rand tomorrow morning. Hopefully I'll get out before 12:00 and go for a bit of a ride, probably to Loskop Dam or something. Anyone is welcome to join me. It'll be a slowish ride and pillion/newbie friendly.
