Join us on our upcoming tour to the Cederberg, Matzikamaberg and the Sandveld tour (2 days, 1 night)
Tour date – 9 and 10 March 2013
Accommodation options are sharing in the old farmhouse or limited individual rooms in stone cottages.
Tour itinerary
Day 1 – Cape Town to Matzikamaberg (400km)
Cape Town to Ceres via Bainskloof pass
Ceres to Clanwilliam via the Cederberg through Algeria
Clanwilliam to the top of the Matzikamaberg where we will overnight
Day 2 – Matzikamaberg back to Cape Town via the Sandveld (340km)
The route back to Cape Town will primarily be on gravel on the edge of the Sandveld, through Kapteins Kloof and then the back roads behind Picketberg through Moorreesberg and onto Malmsbury on gravel.
Any riders who want to get home early to mow the lawn or skip sections of the Sandveld can go down down the N7 on tar.

For riders sharing rooms
The old farmhouse has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool and a Lapa and is very comfortable
Cost per rider R 790.00
For couples or riders who want their own rooms
Stone cottages which have 2 to 3 bedrooms
Cost per rider R920,00
Tour pricing is inclusive of accommodation, dinner and breakfast. We will be running our support vehicle with 3 bike trailer on this tour.
