Teaching a new rider - help needed

My girlfriend got her learners yesterday. I bought her a little 200cc Vuka scrambler to learn on, but up to now (past 2 months) she was restricted to riding on and around the farm where I stay. Now it is obviously time to hit the roads & traffic. I have been riding for 30 years, but have never had to teach someone else. I have set our helmets up for bike to bike communication, so at least I can talk to her.

Any comments, suggestions, do’s and don'ts will be appreciated
