You know something about photography, don't you?? ;D
Excellent shots, it's incredibly green, looks almost tropical.

Not really just the basics but I think it helps to picture the shot while riding then you can quickly stop and take it. People are often in a hurry on bikes and can't afford to get their composition right or get a tripod out etc. That area is amazing, you would never guess it if you were to drive past on the N4.

Nice ride report. The groot Marico really is a nice place to get off the road and check out a couple of the side roads. Nice photies too.

By the way, did you ever find out what the cause of the flats on the KTM was?

The wheel was checked again and it seemed to be fine  ??? The last tube looked a bit dodgy as it was patched before. My guess is two flats in one day, unlikely but it can happen.
