Great stuff, great people, great venue, great food and a hell of a lekka outride.  This bash had al the right ingredients.  What a jol.

Once again, thanks to all involved, Mark and the team (Camperdown dogs and crowd) and the host.   This was really well planned and organized.  My place is booked for the next one.   :thumleft:

So lets starts with the pichas.

The Vis Arende left King William's Town early the Friday, stoetied the karretjie to our daughters (die Kuiken) place in Kokstad.  There we offloaded the karretjie and got packed and hit the road to the venue.

2.  Packed and ready for the road, me and the Kuiken
3.  The three of us
4.  The boring part
5.  Vlooi, our wilddog puppy.
6.  Random photos on route

Let me add my thanks for a wonderful bash. You Camperdown lads have really set the bar high on this one. Well done - it was really great.

Also big thanks to Skalk, Ken, MCB, and Allen I for helping me get my lifeless bike back to camp after it threw a cam chain at the start of the ride with Gunda Gunda to the Valley of a 1000 hills. Looking at the photo's of the days ride I really missed a good days riding. I would be lying if I said I didn't feel bleak all day Saturday. Chilled around camp the rest of Saturday and Sunday.

Thanks to Grantis for giving my bike and me a lift back to Joeys on Tuesday - really appreciated, and also to Allen I for the offer of a lift as well. This is what the wild dog family is all about.

Til the next one, cheers to everybody who made the bash so great.

Sunday Ride.

We visited the Baynesfield estate an museum - not officially open but the folk there let us look around.

Scale lies like the President's spokesman.

Interesting gardening. They plant valve-stems and then motors grow from the lawn.
