14 Months ago I bought a BMW Enduro helmet from "Midlife Crisis Centre" in Midrand. Last week I noticed that the seal (in the area just in front of where my nose would be, with the helmet on) had "torn" slightly. About 2 centimeters long.
I took helmet to Lifestyle this morning to see if they can maybe organize me a new rubber seal. 5 Minutes later I walked out with a brand new Enduro helmet
;D No questions, no uhmmm and aaah, just "here we go, here is a new helmet for you...."
The sales lady showed me that the new helmets come with a different seal. So obviously BMW realized the design fault and rectified it.
For those of you with Enduro helmets, check the seal and if it has torn you can return it for a new one ;D
