This Ferro-Cerrium fire-starting tool lasts for thousands of strikes!
Always works-in any weather or altitude.
Scrape along the rod to emit a cloud of sparks onto your prepared dry kindling
Includes a scraper and lanyard.
We’ve found that cotton balls rubbed with Vaseline work brilliantly to start a ‘spark fire’ with kindling and wood.
The flint striker is also excellent for starting up a gas ring burner.
Also, it looks pretty cool, particularly using a large knife as the striker
