Was looking at the TPS check/procedure & decided to check mine. Although I dont have any issues, the engine is running smooth, no spluttering/missing/etc, the TPS was on 0.30Vdc. So I adjusted it up to 0.36Vdc (where the manuals say it should be).

My question to all the boffs is; what is supposed to happen if it's not in the correct range (0.32 - 0.4Vdc)? & what does the TPS do, does it tell the ECU how wide open the throttle is so it knows how much fuel to deliver?
Any advice appreciated.
