Looks like you came in via the more difficult route past Elandsvlei ? There is a lot more sand at the start of that route then past De Mond that we did recently on the Honda Media Launch .
It's also amazing about the postal route, I have ridden it about 5 times and every time the conditions are so different and also I have taken different bikes , the GS1200 a few times ,the KLR and the Honda Rally . It also depends on my level of fitness and the time of the year and if it is a dry or a wet year .
eg the last time Legadema and I was there it was the end of Winter and we had to cross a wide river ( Doring i think ) and slip and slide all the way through . Now it is so dry and sandy and rocky .
I enjoyed your footage of the actual ride , and must get a Go Pro myself . and haha about that Roost . :imaposer:
