Tie-down strap material

I've got some tie-downs like in the pic below. The strap material is not such great quality, and over the years they have become a bit frayed in places. I've already replaced the material once before with some pieces that I bought from Kehls in Maitland. At the time, they told me that this was the strongest stuff they had. The buckles are still fine.
Does anyone know of a place that sells strap material that will last a bit longer than the stuff from Kehls, or should I just keep replacing the material every once in a while?
