I traded my 701 for a box of HP2 bits. Time has come for me to get back onto a real bike[emoji41] (not that the Husky isn't a real bike).
I never really paired with the 701 and I need something to keep me busy for the duration of this lock-down.
So here is what I got, it was Simon Fourie's bike that threw a rod and caught alight. The motor was trash, frame did not get too much heat (still had paint on it), gearbox just got melted plastic on it and rear drive unit also usable.
The frame had already been blasted and painted, but the wrong colour so needs to be re-sprayed. A 1200 RT engine will replace the toasted HP motor. I got the motor stripped in a box so it will be built from scratch.
