Too hot to ride???

I just returned to the office from midrand... IT IS FARKING HOT out there...i was thinking... when is it too hot to ride?

Seeing all the bikes on the road, none of which are wearing protective gear (the closest i saw was a dude on a GSXR wearing a helmet and gloves with his shorts and plakkies.
