Touratech Topbox Bracket - Help Please

I think something similar was spoken about previously but I couldn't find it. The plate on the bracket underneath my Touratech topbox had enough and I need to have a new one made up.

Question is where can I go to in Cape Town/Bellville for this. Any suggestions on type of material or anything else.

I like this line on the Touratech website, Ok I did overload it once or twice:
