When I collected my 1190 from the dealer , riding home about 35 ks all was well , then on our first ride after being on the road for about 25 - 30 ks the TPMS started flashing low tire pressure with the warning . I stopped at the first garage and inflated the tires , front 2.7 bar rear 2.8 before the warning would cancel . Rest of the ride went fine and no warning .
Asked my son ( ktm tech ) why this happen and he could not say why . As one cant change the TPMS on the bike , I am contemplating taking the bike in to the dealer to have it set at 1.9 bar . My son suggested i deflate fully and the re-inflate , to 2.4 .
What is the suggested running pressure 2 up . paved riding ?
