Went to the local outdoor shop today just to go and look and ended up buying a new sleeping bag and pillow. I like to travel light and the small size of the sleeping bag and pillow is a winner.
Compared to my Helmet for size, the First Ascent is rated to +2deg. The pillow is quickly inflted and takes up almost zero space. I'm only taking saddle bags and a backpack on the bash. Anyone have any experience with the First Ascents ? I ended up paying R550 at Sportsmans Wharehouse only to see it at Trappers for R450 ??? Farking expensive for a sleeping bag but when I saw the size I was sold.
