Trip to Namibia via Trans Kgaladi highway - info or suggestions please

We are planning a trip to Namibia via Trans Kgaladi highway. Any info on road conditions, refueling stops and accommodation on the highway will be appreciated.

We will be using 1200GSA and 800GS, so range on the 800GS is the biggest consideration.
