There has been much discussion about big tanks and invariably the choice gets narrowed down to Acerbis, IMS & Clarke (at least for the XR650L). But what if a normal 23 liters extra doesn't cut it for you? There are other options, some as big as 58 (yes fifty eight liters).
I am personally very happy with the 10 liters on the side with one jerrycan but if that does not work for you then there is the Bernd Tesch option to incorporate up to 2 x 13 liters with aluminum cases - https://www.berndtesch.de/English/EIndex.html

Now, where to ride to so I can justify this 2 x 13 + 58 = 84 extra fuel?
