Tuning old Africa Twin

My AT has + - 46 k on the odo . Is it safe to dyno tune such a old bike with this mileage on ? Over the years I have had several of my cars dyno'd and chipped and I know they rev the shit out of it . My AT never goes near her red line could that fact maybe lead to damage if she is revved hard ???
