Unstable front end XT 660

Guys finding front end unsatbel at about 130 m and when cornering at about 120, just did headbering etc at RBS yesterday still present a problem, checked rimm for dent or bends nothing, all spoke seem to be tight, what else can i check. BTW ,What can i do to mak ethe standard pipes sound a bit better wothout spend money on after market pipes?
