Thanks for a great report
Proud to be part of this gang

At first I battled with the idea to leave my GS at home
and attend with the Ural (Home to War Trail 1300Km)

Glad I did.

Apart from the obvious... Great roads and the amazing scenery
The opportunity to meet like minded people
Even met a couple of Wild Dogs
What an experience !!

Great Stuff!!!!

Man I'd like to have a Ural.

OK.  Now I'm a Wild Dog and can post.  Although being female, maybe I should refer to my self as a Wild .... Actually, NEVER MIND!!!

What an AWESOME adventure this was! Danie Otto, a friend of mine read this post and wrote:
U R A Legend... get it?? URAL.  As in our bilkes.  Think we should put that on T-shirts!

A real adventure with a few mechanical challenges thrown in.I am really finding this sidecar adventuring growing on me.
I can only visualise the monkeys expression and first words out of his mouth as those handle bars separated from the the bike..WT,,,
Thanks

I got to be a "monkey" in the sidecar for a short ride, what an experince, these things just go up and over the rocks and its is quite comfortable.  These guys really created a show of presence!
