urgent advice needed temproary medical cover for zim, mal, moz

We are leaving on a trip to ZIM, MOZ and Malawi tomorrow.  There is a group or 6 going and one of the guys just found out that his medical aid plan does not cover him in these countries, this is a determining factor for him to go or stay at home.....please assist us with the contacts of temporary medical companies that would cover this and any advice
