Urgent.....Refurbish Old Tenere Seat

My XT's seat is showing quite a bit of wear.
Tears either side, small but there, and the red part is fading, must be mud and sun and and.
I can get a cover on Ebay, but its the same one I have now, so not really want that.
MY ISSUE.....easy to get this re-covered by an upholsterer BUT they can't "stick" the YAMAHA logo on it again, they can only embroider.
Who would be able to assist PLEASE??
