Vespa respray cost and questions - Help please

Buying my daughter a Vespa and have found a good one ...  8) ... Wrong colour though  ???

How much will it cost for a good respray ?
How much hassle at traffic to registered the change of colour  :3some:

Is the effort worth it given that the selection of colours on good used Vespas are limited....
