My plastic lock hinges on the alu panniers are not lasting and are getting expensive to replace each time - they are simply not robust enough. So I am looking for metal type hinges with locks in, as in the photo below. Did anybody here do this conversion before?
I tried Tourtech's catalouge, but cant seem to find them there, will try Trax panniers also.
