I am having serious withdrawal symptoms here. I need to get my R1100GS back into action.
I need a rear wheel and one rear brembo caliper. Also any advice on rear brake pads and brake disk. Do I have to go BMW for the pads? Does one skim motorcycle disks? I should read my manual I s'pose but it's more fun to ask you guys. Also do any of you know a good wheel builder preferably in PE. I will ship the old one off if I have to but local would be lekker. I would like to have it checked before I run off and replace it.
Damage: One broken spoke, one bent spoke, the edges of the male face where it goes onto the shaft are no longer perfectly square and some material shaved off of the outer edge of the rim.
