Wanted - The elusive alien

We need some help. A person operating in the Garden Route area is defacing private and State road signs with a can of spraypaint and a stencil where an emblem of an alien is painted onto the various signs. He has so far defaced almost 50 road signs (including some of our ours). We're trying to track him down to present him with an invoice for sign maintenance.
