Was there any rear entry action at the EC bash?

hehe......and I am not laughing........
:thumleft:
on the elevation graphs the vertical is "pumped-up". check the calibration of scale H vs. V? 1 should equal 1?

my std 4 maths tells me this about a triangle.........

not even the hill-climb pro's in a naas-powered V8 baaik can do 60deg's
the laws of physics will take over and you and your bike will end up basically where you started (or maybe a little further back)?

but still, HUGE respect on a wonderful achievement!

:laughing4: :imaposer: there is always one guy. ok ok. not exact. but there were some foot high rock steps that were 90 degrees  :deal:

:thumleft:

also just another note about elevation graphs worth noting............?
it takes a direct line most of the time from point A to B

the one guy.......

on some pic's a lot more than a foot?
you need to be recalibrated.

well done, boys! your feet must be the same size as your balls?
sorry to have "stirred" here?  :pot:

but 60deg? norrefok.

awesome story!

Come on Woolly don't you fish - its the same as when you get back and tell a story about the big gun that slipped off your hook while you were trying to gaff him all the while hanging on to the boat with your toes . :pot: :imaposer: :imaposer: :imaposer:

See there has been some enquiries. For those with big enough kahoonas... here you go.  :eek7:

Modern bikes with traction control and ride modes can most likely conquer 70 degrees easily :p

Sorry we did the route to kareedouw from Doornkloof side (Side entry).. i see this is/was the another way..
Best of luck to the brave ones... did Kareedouw side a couple of months ago(30th jan 22).. was nasty...washed out and loose rocks..

Respect guys, this is a fairly difficult one, though I have only done the bit from the cop station to the tower at the top, and was told that the difficult part is on the Steytlerville side, and then only going from Steytlerville into Baviaans.

Nice route guys, keen to come down and give it a bash sometime

I know, old thread.... but still on my 2DO list!
I reckon this is doable with a few 500's @JonW , and perhaps @2StrokeDan will/may/shall (tick appropriate) join us then depending on certain recent rumours I heard from certain individuals when out there (not here!) on my bike

And Dan, perhaps a certain Gideon in our mix there?
I'm sure Jon would not mind meeting him also, if he's not done this already that is ;)

There is a history to that title. It was the days of the blue tent and j-dog was also still around.
