Weight difference between 990 R and 950 super Enduro

What do you think what is the biggest reason for the weight difference on these two bikes?

Dry weight 990 R - 207 kg - https://www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/model/ktm/ktm_990_adventure_r%2009.htm

I can only think of the tanks and the one extra brake disc in front. This R does not have ABS.

Will it be able to convert a 990 R to use the Enduro Safari tanks, I think they will be lighter than the 990 tanks.
