This has almost definately come up before, but the search function doesn't give me the right answer. ??? Anyway I would really appreciate either an answer or a link to the relevant thread that I am obviously too much of a doffel to find. 
What are the best brake pads to use on a 2005 (facelift) BMW dakar for both the front and the rear? The workshop manual recomends sintered for the front and organic for the rear but does not mention a make or the model/part number. :dontknow:
I have read that EBC or Ferodo are the way to go, but I also see good things about the Carbone Lorraine pads :book1:. I see my bike currently has Brembo pads in but I'm sure you guys can suggest something superior.
Please recommend what pads you think are the bomb, and try not to forget the model number and if possible where I can find them in Cape Town.
