What bike should I get?

Morning all,

I've never owned a motorbike, but have decided to get one to save on my fuel bill. I drive +- 4200km per month of which 800km is a bad tar road and 20km is gravel. I am 1.86M tall 6f1" and weigh +- 105kg. +-50% of the route will have a cross wind when the blows. What bike should I get?
