What do we expect from Motorcycle Dealerships ?

We all have our expectations of what we consider good or bad service when we walk into Motorcycle Dealerships. We have all commented about this or that problem or bad service.

I would be every interested to what we, as the consumer, expect.

Is it a friendly hallo when we walk through the door or any acknowledgement ?
Wider range of stock ?
Is after sales backup the most important?

I'm doing some market research so please help.
